However, we recognize that plans may change, and as such, we’ve established a clear cancellation
and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness. This policy applies to all package bookings
unless stated otherwise.
1. Land Package Cancellation Policy
For land packages, the cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
Time Period for Cancellation Cancellation Charges
60 days or more before the start date of the
journey
25% of the total package cost will be
charged.
30 to 59 days before the start date of the journey 50% of the total package cost will be
charged.
21 to 29 days before the start date of the journey 75% of the total package cost will be
charged.
0 to 20 days before the start date of the journey 100% of the total package cost (No refund).
Important Notes
In cases where the hotel has its own cancellation policy, that policy may override the above terms.
The start date of the journey is considered “Day 0” for the calculation of cancellation periods.
Cancellations made within 20 days of the journey’s start date will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Flights Cancellation Policy
Flights: Cancellations for flight bookings will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policy as per your
specific booking.
3. Supplementary Services (Visa, Insurance)
For supplementary services such as visa processing or travel insurance, a 100% cancellation fee
applies. No refunds will be provided once these services are booked.
4. Refund to Amplify Credit Shell
Any eligible refunds will be credited to your Amplify Credit Shell. This balance can be used for future
bookings and remains valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
You may also request to transfer the refund to your bank account. On this, 25% of the total package
cost will be charged as administrative cost for such requests.
5. Miscellaneous
In the event of service disruptions at your travel destination due to unforeseen natural occurrences
(such as extreme weather or natural calamities), services may either be rescheduled or canceled,
depending on the service provider’s policies.

full payment for your booking.
Passport Documentation: Please provide clear copies of your passport (front page, address
page, and any observation pages) at the time of booking along with the initial payment.

1.3 PAN Card Requirement
Reserve Bank of India Guidelines: In accordance with the latest Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
guidelines, a Permanent Account Number (PAN) card is required for every booking and travel
arrangement. Please ensure that you provide your PAN card details during the booking
process.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 Payment Schedule
Invoice Deadlines: Please adhere to the payment deadlines specified in your invoice. Timely
payments are essential to secure your booking.
Missed Payments: If you are unable to make a payment on the scheduled date, inform us
immediately. Failure to communicate may result in your booking being automatically
released.
2.2 Final Payment Deadline
30-Day Rule: All payments must be completed 30 days before your departure date. If you fail
to make the final payment by this deadline, Amplify Holidays will not be responsible for
confirming your booking, and your reservation may be canceled.
2.3 Payment Methods
Accepted Payments: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net
banking, UPI, and bank transfers. Details of accepted payment methods will be provided
during the booking process.
Installment Plans: Flexible installment options may be available for certain packages. Terms

entry requirements. Amplify Holidays is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete
travel documents or failure to meet visa requirements.
5. Passport Validity
Validity Requirement: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of
your return.
Non-Compliance: Failure to comply may result in denied entry or other travel issues. Amplify
Holidays will not be held responsible for such occurrences.

to other travel agencies or passengers.
Name Changes: Names cannot be changed once bookings are confirmed. Any attempt to
transfer bookings without prior consent may result in cancellation.
8. Penalties & Service Charges
Full Payment Requirement: Customers must make full payment prior to confirming their
booking.
Amendments and Cancellations: Any amendments or cancellations after confirmation may
incur penalty fees and administrative charges, including for name corrections or date
changes.
Supplier Approval: All requests for changes are subject to the approval of our suppliers.
Amplify Holidays cannot guarantee approval of such requests.

9. Booking Conditions & Disclaimers

Age Criteria: Infants must not reach their 2nd birthday by the end of the return journey.
Fare Requirements: If an infant turns 2 during the trip, the next fare level must be purchased.

airlines, hotels, etc. We provide a platform for booking services and products. By making a booking,
User understands the ultimate liability rests on the respective Service Provider and not Amplify
Holidays. Thus the ultimate contract of service is between User and Service Provider.
The Terms grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this Website as expressly
permitted in these Terms. The User agrees not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of
the Platform in any manner whatsoever.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is meant to be used by bonafide User for a lawful use.

concluding the booking and also to assist the User with the same. We may also contact the User for
sending marketing or promotional communication/messages, the User expressly consents for the

Any eligible refunds will be credited to your Amplify Credit Shell. This balance can be used for future
bookings and remains valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
You may also request to transfer the refund to your bank account. On this, 25% of the total package
cost will be charged as administrative cost for such requests.
11. Fees and Payment

The cost of our services is inclusive of any service charges.
The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising
out of the use of the service, as per the applicable laws.
Any increase in the price charged by Amplify Holidays on account of change in rate of taxes or
imposition of new taxes, levies by Government shall have to be borne by the User. Such imposition of
taxes, levies may be without prior notice and could also be retrospective but will always be as per
applicable law.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking(s) made by the User through Amplify Holidays are subject to the following cancellation
policy:
60 days or more before the journey: 25% of the total package cost.
30 to 59 days before the journey: 50% of the total package cost.
21 to 29 days before the journey: 75% of the total package cost.
0 to 20 days before the journey: 100% of the total package cost (No refund).
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your Amplify Credit Shell. If you prefer a bank transfer, 25%
of the total package cost will be deducted as an administrative fee for processing the refund.

13. Force Majeure
There can be circumstances where Amplify Holidays and / or the Service Providers may be unable to
honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, pandemic, labor unrest,
insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, change in law, terrorist activity, any
operational and technical issues, route etc. or any other reason beyond the control of Amplify
Holidays. Amplify Holidays shall not bear any liability towards such unhonored bookings.
The User agrees that Amplify Holidays being merely a facilitator of the services and products booked,
cannot be held responsible for any such Force Majeure circumstance.
14. Right to Refuse
Amplify Holidays at its sole discretion reserves the right to not accept any booking without assigning
any reason thereof. Amplify Holidays has no obligation to provide any service until the entire
consideration is received by us.
15. Right to Cancel
If we discover or have reason to believe that at any time during or after receiving a request for
services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information
provided by the User or any of the travelers is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented
by that User, Amplify Holidays shall be entitled to appropriate legal remedies against the User,
including cancellation of the bookings, without any prior intimation to the User.
16. Indemnification
The User agrees, upon demand, to indemnify Amplify Holidays (which includes its employees, agents
and subcontractors), and keep Amplify Holidays indemnified, from all claims, liabilities, losses,
damages, injury, costs and expenses of whatever nature asserted against or incurred by such
indemnified persons, that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any
representation or warranty provided by the User, or non-performance of any covenant by the User.
17. Miscellaneous
DEFINITIONS:
‘User’ means any legal person or entity who is accessing, visiting our Platform or makes any enquiry
about our services and to whom we are providing services.
‘Terms’ means these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and our cancellation policy.
‘Platform’ means all the various services provided by Amplify Holidays. Also referred to as “Website”.
‘Sales Channels’ means websites, mobile applications, sales persons, officers, call centers, agents, etc.
‘Service Providers’ means third party websites and apps providing services like DMCs, Airlines, hotels,
cruise etc.
‘Content’ means All content provided through various Sales Channels and on the Platform including
but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such similar content
18. JURISDICTION:
If the Parties to this Agreement are unable to amicably settle any dispute arising under this
agreement or in connection with this agreement, the Parties shall mandatorily attempt to resolve
such dispute by way of mediation through an online mediation platform. The parties may approach
the courts only after attempting meditation through an online mediation platform. This Agreement is
subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes
to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
19. AMENDMENT TO THE TERMS:
Amplify Holidays reserves the right to change the Terms from time to time. The User is responsible
for regularly reviewing the Terms.
1. Covid Policy:
If your trip is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will receive a credit shell or voucher for the
amount paid for the land package. You can use this voucher for future travel.
If you need to reschedule your trip due to Covid-19 restrictions, there may be a fare difference.
If your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, the airline may provide a full refund or credit
shell for the same amount, depending on their policy.
The company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer due to Covid-19
related travel restrictions.
2. Cancellation Policy related to personal reasons and medical reasons:
If a cancellation is made due to personal reasons, such as change in travel plans or unexpected
events, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
If a cancellation is made due to a medical emergency or illness, the company will require a doctor’s
note as proof. A refund or credit will be given based on the remaining time before departure and the
standard cancellation policy will apply.
3. Weather and Natural Calamity related cancellation policy:
If a trip is cancelled due to weather or natural calamity, services may either be rescheduled or
canceled, depending on the service provider’s policies. The reschedule may be for a later date at no
additional cost.
4. Last moment change policy:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate such requests
whenever possible. Any last-minute changes to your itinerary are subject to availability and
coordination with the resort, DMC (Destination Management Company), or travel partners involved
in organizing your trip. Please note that these changes may incur additional costs based on the
services required, and the customer will be responsible for covering these expenses.
In addition to any direct costs from service providers, the following administrative fees will apply for
changes made close to the departure date:
a. Changes made within 20 days of departure: ₹5,000 fee
b. Changes made within 7 days of departure: ₹15,000 fee
c. Changes made within 72 hours of departure: ₹25,000 fee
We recommend finalizing your travel plans as early as possible to avoid these additional charges. For
further assistance with last-minute changes, please contact our customer support team.
5. Service policy:
The company will make every effort to provide the services as outlined in the itinerary, but reserves
the right to make changes as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
The company will not be held responsible for any missed connections or additional expenses
incurred due to delays or changes in itinerary.
6. Financial Loss Policy:
The customer will be responsible for any financial loss incurred by the company due to cancellations,
changes, or no-shows.
The company reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional expenses incurred
7. Travel Insurance Policy:
The company strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen
events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
The company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer if they choose not
to purchase travel insurance.
8. Force Majeure Policy:
The company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer due to events
beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, and terrorist acts.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy:
The customer has the right to file a complaint if they are not satisfied with the services provided by
the company.
Complaints must be filed in writing within 14 days of the end of the trip.
The company will investigate and respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
If the customer is not satisfied with the response, the dispute will be referred to an independent
mediator or legal body.
10. Passenger Responsibility Policy:
The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents such as visas and
vaccinations.
The customer is responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations of the countries visited.
The customer is responsible for any losses incurred due to their own actions or negligence.
11. Baggage Policy:
The company is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their baggage meets the size and weight requirements
of the airline.
The company is not responsible for any additional baggage fees charged by the airline.
12. Smoking Policy:
The company follows a strict no-smoking policy on all its vehicles and properties.
The customer may be charged a fee for any damages caused by smoking.
13. Child Travel Policy:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children’s prices are available on request.
14. Pet Travel Policy:
Pets are not allowed on the company’s vehicles or properties.
Service animals are allowed with the proper documentation.
15. Price Protection Policy:
If the price of a trip drops after the customer has made a deposit, the customer will not be refunded
the difference.
If the price of a trip increases, the customer will not be required to pay the difference.
16. Itinerary Change Policy:
The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances
such as bad weather or road closures.
The company will make every effort to provide the services as outlined in the itinerary but will not be
held responsible for any missed connections or additional expenses incurred due to changes in the
itinerary.
17. Liability Policy:
The company will not be held liable for any losses incurred by the customer due to events beyond
our control such as natural disasters, war, or terrorist acts.
The company will not be held liable for any losses incurred by the customer due to their own actions
or negligence.
18. Responsibility Policy:
The company acts only as an agent for the customer in making arrangements for transportation,
accommodation, and other services.
The company will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which
may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of those companies or
parties of whom the tour arrangements are made, or as a result of strikes, war, weather or any other
causes.
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or baggage.
The company is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that occur during the trip.
The company is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by the airline or other
transportation providers.
19. Dispute Resolution Policy:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the company’s services will be resolved through binding
arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
20. Assumption of Risk Policy:
The customer acknowledges that travel and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including the
risk of personal injury, property damage, and death.
The customer assumes all risks associated with the trip and releases the company from any and all
liability for any damages or losses that may occur
