Cancellations and Refunds

The cancellation policy for land packages is as follows:

  • 60 days or more before the journey: 25% of the total package cost.
  • 30 to 59 days before the journey: 50% of the total package cost.
  • 21 to 29 days before the journey: 75% of the total package cost.
  • 0 to 20 days before the journey: 100% of the total package cost (No refund).
Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s specific policy. Any applicable cancellation charges from the airline will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
Yes, for supplementary services such as visa processing or travel insurance, there is a 100% cancellation fee, and no refunds are provided once these services are booked.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your Amplify Credit Cell. If you prefer a bank transfer, 25% of the total package cost will be deducted as an administrative fee for processing the refund.
